Installation, Training & Commissioning

The Delitek design philosophy focuses on efficiency, effectiveness, and safety, without unnecessary complexities that can lead to increased costs and potential maintenance issues. Our equipment is built using standard components that are easily replaceable by a ship’s engineer if needed.

The electro/hydraulic drive, the heart of the system, is based on reliable and proven technology that has been utilized in the marine and offshore industry for many years. This ensures that you can rely on our equipment for consistent performance. One of the key advantages of our equipment is that it does not require special crew training or special tools. Our units are designed for plug-and-play installation, meaning that only external electrical power is needed.

By choosing Delitek equipment, you can be confident that the installation process will be smooth and hassle-free.

  • Special tools: There is no special tools and testing for installation of DELITEK waste handling equipment. All products can easily be installed, used and maintained in accordance with relevant user-manual by the vessels /rigs / shipyards own personnel (plug & play).
  • Installation & Commissioning: In our experience it is not necessary to supervise installation as we manufacture simple (pushbutton) machines. However, if it is a requirement from customers, we can accommodate for commissioning through our service agents & repair network.
  • Training: There is no need for special training, but we can provide a guidance to waste management plants. For instance, a brief introduction letter on the impact of the changes of Marpol 73/78 Annex V with implications and how Delitek systems can help facilitate compliance.
