  The de-watered food waste pulp is collected separately in a 21L waste bin for further processing and storage while the separated water must be drained into a separate holding tank for safe storage and compliant discharge in accordance with Marpol annex V regulations. By processing food waste through a macerator and dewatering unit, the volume of food waste can be reduced by up to 80%.
